Flammarion sold to Gallimard

RSC MediaGroup has announced the sale of Flammarion parent company RCS Livres from RCS Libri to Madrigall, parent company of publishing house Gallimard.

The price paid was €239m, consisting of an immediate payment of €184.2m and of debt reimbursement. 

At 30th June, Flammarion's group revenues were €99m, with EBITDA of €6.6m.
