Eric Lanlard to Mitchell Beazley
13.02.12 | Charlotte Williams
Mitchell Beazley has acquired two titles by master patissier and TV chef Eric Lanlard.
Publisher Alison Starling acquired worldwide rights in Tart It Up! and one other title by Lanlard through Anne Kibel at AK Artist Management. Mitchell Beazley will publish in July.
Starling said: "Eric Lanlard combines the skill of a classically trained master patissier with the ability to make baking easy and enjoyable for home cooks . . . This book has given Eric the chance to share the recipes he cooks at home for friends."
Lanlard has featured on Channel 4's "Baking Mad" series, which will return on 5th March for a second 20-part series, as well as "Mary Portas Queen of Shops", "Market Kitchen", "Masterchef: The Professionals" and "Cookery School".
