Contaldo cookbook for Anova

Anova Books has acquired a new cookbook by Gennaro Contaldo.

Pavilion's Becca Spry acquired world rights from Luigi Bonomi of LBA. Lets Cook Italian: Favourite Family Food includes the best of the recipes Contaldo's family cooks for him, and he cooks for them.

Spray said: "Gennaro is not only a great chef, but also a passionate advocate of home cooking. His authentic and accessible recipes are a delight."

Contaldo is a co-presenter on BBC2's "Two Greedy Italians: Still Hungry with Antonio Carluccio".

Pavilion will publish in September.
