Coleman to leave A & C Black for Magi
02.02.11 | Graeme Neill
Jill Coleman is leaving her position as managing director at A&C Black to become m.d. of Magi Publications, which comprises Little Tiger Press, Stripes Publishing and Caterpillar Books.
Coleman has been m.d. of A&C Black since 2000, when Bloomsbury bought the publisher. During her time there, she oversaw the acquisition of Methuen Drama, Featherstone and Reeds Nautical.
Magi Publications' c.e.o. Monty Bhatia said: "We are all delighted that Jill will be joining us. She's a very talented m.d. with a wealth of experience, who will be an invaluable asset to us as we continue to build our lists and our publishing strategy for the future."
