Carlton Publishing has appointed a new managing director, two years after Belinda Rasmussen vacated the role to move to Macmillan Children’s Books.
Frank Chambers moves into the position from Guinness World Records Ltd, where he was licensing director and most recently vice-president, publishing.
Cartlton said company chairman Jonathan Goodman took on the role of m.d. after Rasmussen left “to take a closer look at the market”.
A spokesperson said: “Having reviewed it over the last two years, he now feels the time is right to appoint a new m.d. and return to his main role as chairman of Carlton Publishing Group.”
Chambers will take up his position on 9th December.
