Century buys White memoir

Century has acquired a memoir by Carole White, co-founder of Premier Model Management, which has represented models including Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer.

Publishing director Ben Dunn concluded the deal for world rights direct with Premier founders Chris Owen and White, and the as-yet-untitled book is planned for publication in hardback in April 2013. The agency was followed in the Channel 4 series "The Model Agency".

Dunn said: "Carole's book will be a fantastic celebration of her years at the forefront of the fashion business and I'm thrilled to be able to bring her amazing story to the masses. What Carole doesn't know about the fashion world, isn't worth knowing."
