Beautiful Books buys Boomtown

Beautiful Books has bought Boomtown, its lead fiction title for spring 2012 about life in a city under an active volcano.

M.d. Simon Petherick bought UK and Commonwealth rights, excluding Canada, from Cathryn Summerhayes at WME.

Petherick said: "It’s a fantastic work of fiction from a supremely talented author who we’re thrilled to be working with."
