Anova cooks up Beehive Bakery title

Anova has acquired the first cookbook by "Masterchef" finalist, Stacie Stewart.

Pavilion senior commissioning editor Becca Spry bought world rights from Katherine Stonehouse of Katherine Stonehouse Management in Stacie Stewart's Beehive Baking. The title will be published in March 2013 as a £20 hardback.

The title will be a collection of recipes for cakes, cheesecakes, tarts, pies and bars, many of which Stewart sells in The Beehive Bakery in Sunderland.

Spry said: "Stacie's passion for baking is infectious and her recipes both inspiring and irresistible. We are proud to be working with her on her first cookbook."
