Anova buys "Countrywise Kitchen" tie-in
01.01.70 | Katie Allen
Anova senior commissioning editor Becca Spry has bought world rights to The Countrywise Kitchen Cookbook by wild food expert and TV presenter Mike Robinson.
The tie-in to the ITV series will be published in autumn 2011 by Anova imprint Pavilion. It will include more than 100 recipes, including those cooked on the programme, such as beef suet pudding, partridge casserole and cherry pie.
Rights were bought from Martine Carter of Sauce Management and Kevin Morgan at ITV.
