Sarah Shrubb moves up at Little, Brown
Little, Brown imprint Hachette Digital has promoted Sarah Shrubb from senior editor to editorial director.
Shrubb will continue to report to David Shelley, publisher of Hachette Digital, and will work closely with George Walkley, head of digital strategy. "Sarah has done so much to champion audiobooks and
e-books, both at Little, Brown and in the wider trade," Shelley said. "Her promotion is richly deserved, and George and I really look forward to working with her to further grow revenues in this exciting and rapidly changing area of publishing."
Shrubb added: "I'm very much looking forward to continuing to grow the audiobook list, and I'm enormously excited to be a part of Little, Brown's new e-book venture."
Hachette Digital will also be launching its e-book publishing programme on September 4th, with the list including more than 200 titles.
