LBF teams up with UAE book fair
The United Arab Emirates has teamed up with the London Book Fair and Combined Book Exhibit to fund an exhibit of American and U.K. titles at the upcoming Sharjah World Book Fair.
Publishers Weekly reports that HarperCollins has already signed up and there will be room in the exhibition for 2,000 titles when it takes place in October and November.
The exhibit, said Combined Book Fair president Jon Malinowski, “is a way to show the region what they need to be ordering.”
