The world is enough for Trewin
07.07.08 John Ryan
Simon Trewin, literary agent at United Agents, has been appointed by Ian Fleming Publications to manage the worldwide English language rights in the Ian Fleming titles and Young Bond, with immediate effect.
Foreign rights for Charlie Higson’s Young Bond series will continue to be managed by the Buckman Agency and Devil May Care, the centenary James Bond novel by Sebastian Faulks, will remain in the care of Aitken Alexander Associates.
Trewin said: "I am naturally thrilled to be appointed to manage this prestigious estate. I am very much looking forward to working with the Fleming family on raising awareness levels of Ian Fleming even higher over the coming years."
Trewin is co-head of the book department at United Agents, which was founded in 2007.
