Glass reflects new territory
HarperCollins has signed a new two-book deal with misery memoirist Cathy Glass for a six-figure sum, which will see the author moving into new territory.
HC, which already has five of the foster-carer-turned-author’s titles under contract, will release A Total Eclipse of the Heart in 2009 and the second book, A Healing Death, in 2010.
The deal for UK rights to both titles was struck with agent Andrew Lownie.
