Fourth Estate on rights and wrongs
Fourth Estate has signed Dominic Raab, chief of staff to controversial former shadow home secretary David Davis. The Assault on Liberty will look at what Raab regards as a steady erosion of public freedom. UK rights were acquired by Robin Harvie from Andrew Gordon at David Higham.
