The bonkbuster is back
17.06.08 Benedicte Page
Gillian Green, editorial director of fiction at Ebury, has acquired two novels from burlesque showgirl Immodesty Blaize. Green bought world English language rights from Clare Conville of Conville & Walsh.
The first novel Tease will tell the story of a glamorous burlesque star who hides a dark secret, and will be published in summer 2009. The second novel will follow in 2010. Green said: "The bonkbuster is back and who better to write the ultimate in sexy ‘glitz and glam' fiction than Britain's leading expert in the art of seduction?"
