Black Dog runs with Obama revisit
20.05.08 John Ryan
Following Barack Obama's recent successes in the US primaries, independent publisher Black Dog & Leventhal is bringing out an updated version of Hope and Dreams: the Barack Obama Story, by Steve Dougherty.
The new version is planned to appear in the UK in time for the Democratic Convention that takes place in Denver on 25th August, and has been revised to include 32 new pages. The entire text has also been revisited incorporating this year’s events in the race for the White House, as well as the latest speeches.
The first edition of Hope and Dreams appeared in mid-March. Canongate published Obama’s autobiography, The Audacity of Hope, in February.
