12.05.08 John Ryan
Macmillan Children's Books has acquired world rights to She-Thief, a book by Daniel Finn, in a "high five-figure" deal struck between Rebecca McNally, the newly-appointed publishing director of fiction and poetry, and Finn's agent, Laura Cecil.
She-Thief, which tells the tale of a gang of child thieves led by a female Fagin-style character, is due to appear in the summer of 2009.
