Big numbers for Library Joiners

Early reports from the Reading Agency on the NYR's National Join a Library Day campaign on the 26th April include 906 new joiners on the day in Manchester, encouraged by a partnership with local radio.
Dudley Libraries signed up 74 new members in the Merry Hill shopping centre, while in Stockton-on-Tees staff took to the road on Arriva buses and signed up 83 new customers. Derby staff went out onto the streets to sign up 405 new members.
