Strange deal with Damien Lewis
Adam Strange, the editorial director at Sphere has bought the worldwide rights to Apache Dawn, an account of the deployment of the British Army's Apache helicopter in Afghanistan last summer by bestselling author Damien Lewis.
Apache Dawn, the only major book to have yet been published about the iconic aircraft, is the first title in a two book, six-figure deal struck between Strange and agent Andrew Lownie. It is the fourth book written by former war reporter Lewis.
