Endless said to be eying The Works
Bargain bookseller The Works is reportedly close to being sold to Leeds-based private equity form Endless for just £15m, according to Private Equity Hub, and a deal could be completed by early next week.
Administrator Kroll said last week that six possible buyers have moved into the due diligence stage. When The Works went into administration in January, 104 companies expressed an interest in the business.
Kroll will be holding a meeting of creditors on 9th April at the Hilton Birmingham to present its proposals for the business.
