Craze cookbook from Mitchell Beazley

Octopus has bought the first book by Aaron Craze, who graduated from Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Foundation and won Channel 4’s “Jamie’s Chef”.

Aaron Cooks Italian will be published by Mitchell Beazley this June.
