Billie Piper agent forms new company
Agent Michael Foster has parted company with production company All3Media, and has formed a new venture, MF Management. Foster has agreed to buy out his share of Artists Rights Group, the talent company he and Sue Latimer founded in 2001 and sold to All3Media four years later. Latimer will continue as m.d. of All3Media.
Foster, who represents a large portfolio of celebrity clients including actress Billie Piper, television fashion critics Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine, radio DJ Chris Evans, and actress Julie Christie, will retain the full client list that he brought to All3Media. Foster negotiated a six-figure autobiography deal for Piper in May 2006.
Steve Morrison, c.e.o. of All3Media, described the deal as "pretty cut and dried". "Michael has felt for some time that he needed to take his part of the ARG business in a different direction, and so we have reached agreement with him to buy out his part of the business," he said. Foster declined to comment.
