Headline uncovers City secrets with City Boy
08.02.08 Alison Flood
Piers Blofeld at Headline has acquired a book by thelondonpaper’s City Boy, who writes a daily column in the free paper lifting the lid on life in the Square Mile. Blofeld bought the book via Lizzy Kremer at David Higham, and will publish City Boy: Beer and Loathing in the Square Mile this June.
“It is unique in the history of the City that such a senior figure [is] prepared to be so brutally honest about what really goes on in the Square Mile,” said Blofeld. “The author is legally prevented from revealing his identity until publication. I think we can expect some raised eyebrows in the City when he does.”
