Insider dealing at HarperCollins
Julia Wisdom at HarperCollins has made a low six-figure pre-empt for UK and Commonwealth rights in two thrillers by Irish writer Aiveen McCarthy.
The first, The Insider, is due in spring 2009 and introduces computer hacker turned security professional Henrietta Martinez. The deal was struck by Laura Longrigg at MBA Literary Agents.
