Mondadori says no plans for Editis
Italy's publisher Arnoldo Mondadori has said there are no concrete plans at present to bid for French Editis, reports Easybourse, following press reports in France of a possible interest by Italian peers in the French publishing company.
The investment holding company Wendel may sell its Editis publishing unit, which is valued at between EUR750 million and EUR950 million, according to La Tribune.
