France's Wendel to sell Editis
Wendel, the French investment holding company, aims to sell its Editis publishing business, French newspaper La Tribune reported, without citing sources.
Editis, France's number two book publisher behind Lagardere's Hachette Livre, could be valued at between Euros 750m and 950m, La Tribune said.
Among the potential buyers are Spanish publisher Planeta and Italy's RCS Media Group and Mondadori, La Tribune said.
