17.01.08 Graeme Neill
ArgentVive, the group formerly known as SameDayBooks, has reshuffled its management team, appointing Ray Jackson as the group’s managing director. Jackson was the m.d. of information provider Solcara, which ArgentVive purchased last month. He will be responsible for integrating any acquired companies into the group and exploiting available synergies.
Simon Hargreaves, who was previously operations director at Solcara, has been appointed managing director of Auction Assist, another ArgentVive acquisition. He will also be responsible for group operations. Rob Martin, who was previously head of information management at Solcara, has been appointed m.d. of the business.
