Gibbon writes again for Virago
Donna Coonan at Virago Modern Classics has acquired a novel by Cold Comfort Farm author Stella Gibbons, which was first published in 1938. Nightingale Wood is a modern take on the Cinderella story. She bought world English language rights in the novel from Camilla Hornby at Curtis Brown, and will publish in January 2009.
