Children's book ad censored
Adverts for a children's book were amended to remove toilet humour before they could run on the London Underground, a publisher told the Guardian.
Posters for The Story Of The Little Mole Who Knew It Was None Of His Business had all "inappropriate" text removed, according to Anova Books. The publisher said its adverts had been "censored" by an agency working for London Underground.

A glorious book for small children about poo is offensive? We should protect grown ups from poo references but not children from sexism and violent imagery? Breathtaking!12 Dec 07 11:56
