Booktrust's teenage kicks

The shortlist for the Booktrust Teenage Prize 2007 has been announced with two titles from the Scholastic stable included: Leaving Poppy by Kate Cann and Here Lies Arthur by Philip Reeve.
The other shortlisted titles and authors are: The Medici Seal by Theresa Breslin (Doubleday); The Penalty by Mal Peet (Walker Books); Just in Case by Meg Rosoff (Penguin); and My Swordhand is Singing by Marcus Sedgwick (Orion).
The winner will be announced on 31st October.
