Fopp stores reopen
Fopp, the music retail store which ceased trading in June, is to reopen two branches this weekend, reports the Scotsman.
The stores in Union Street, Glasgow, and Rose Street, Edinburgh, will trade under the Fopp banner. They will be joined by a third Fopp store in Glasgow - the original Fopp in Byres Road - which is due to reopen later this month.
The three stores are among six Fopp outlets acquired by HMV earlier this month along with the Fopp brand and website. All staff have been offered their old jobs back, the company said.
