Friday Project links with Arvon
16.07.07 Katherine Rushton
Web-to-print publisher The Friday Project has teamed up with creative writing course the Arvon Foundation, in the latest publisher effort to source new talent direct. Under the agreement TFP will read submissions by writers who attend Arvon's week-long residential creative writing courses, and post reviews of the best entries online at the Arvon website (www.arvonfriends.org). TFP will also "become actively involved" in some of the courses and events.
"The Friday Project is always on the lookout for new talent online and this arrangement gives us even greater access to new writers and their work," said TFP commercial director Scott Pack. "We are very excited to be workin so closely with the passionate team at Arvon and look forward to reading many interesting and varied submissions to the site, and also in person."
