Book People win Bookseller Fives

Direct retailer The Book People has won the Bookseller Fives 2007. The team beat publisher Informa 5-3 in the Cup final to take the trophy for the second year running. In the Plate competition, Waterstone's beat Athletico Blackwell 3-2 on penalties, after the match was drawn 1-1.
The annual event was held on Saturday in North London, with a record 26 teams competing. Player of the tournament was Paul Abraham of Informa, while his team mate Tom Walling took away the Golden Boot with 18 goals.
