 If you are enthusiastic, organised, with excellent communication skills and ideally experience of eBooks, don’t miss this fantastic opportunity. This role is in the Publishing Services team, which is responsible for the typesetting of all novels and reprints; proof reading of all books and printed matter, and eBooks and digital publishing products, as well as the scheduling and administration of a large children’s book publishing list.

The main responsibilities include;

To editorially manage the eBook programme, liaising with contracts, editorial, design, digital & production departments; ensure that all Written, printed and digital material, including books, eBooks, publicity, promotion and website text is copyedited and proofread accurately and conforms to House Style; copy-checking all sales, publicity and promotional material; entry of new titles, and amendment of Not Yet Published titles into distributor’s title database and providing general copyediting support across the editorial and design teams. You need to be passionate about Children’s publishing, with Meticulous attention to detail, Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
