Working with the client services team you will be using your first class production and organisational skills; you will be responsible for the management and fulfilment of printing and publishing services to defined standards and for a specified group of clients.

Your key duties will include:

• Manage the fulfilment and delivery of printing and publishing services to contract standard
• Pursue and exploit business development opportunities
• Procurement of print and associated materials, delivering on time, to specification, quality targets
• Take accurate information from clients
• Strong relationship building skills both internally and client facing
• Effective management of budgets and schedules

The  successful candidate will be highly organised, energetic, effective  and committed, showing meticulous attention to detail, strong communication and problem solving skills, and will have the ability to build excellent relationships with their clients,  in-house colleagues and external suppliers alike.  The candidate should be also able to demonstrate excellent negotiation and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will be ready for a senior role having experience as a publishing print production controller.  This is a crucial role in the business and for the right candidate an interesting new challenge in a different environment
