Salary : £28,000 - £35,000

Our client, a leading STM Publisher based in London is looking to appoint a Product Marketing Manager. 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and marketing plan for the business in order to grow subscriptions, increase usage, increase submissions, increase overall sales and promote content
• To manage and set marketing budgets for the business. 
• To encourage online usage, and ensure websites are kept up to date and appropriate user journeys, and maximising cross promotion opportunities 
• To use digital marketing expertise to promote the business to individuals and institutions.
• To grow database of online email alert registrants
• To develop an email alerts strategy to ensure emails are optimised
• To ensure maximum usage of the iPad app and web app
• To utilise social media channels for marketing opportunities e.g facebook, twitter and doc2doc
• To organise and evaluate contra deals and media partnerships
• Utilise internal database and lists bought from list brokers to send out effective email campaigns and analyse ROI of the campaigns
• Select appropriate suppliers to purchase, design and print marketing promotional materials 
• Negotiate costs, devise guidance for branding/design of promotional materials, and manage all stages of production and implementation with designers
• Compile monthly marketing reports and dashboards of usage and subscription data

Experience:

• Degree in marketing or business
• CIM Diploma
• Marketing experience 
• Experience of STM publishing/marketing – preferably including the marketing of journals
