In the role, you will be the communication bridge between sales and production, making sure that all information regarding advertising, is correct and up to date. This is a vital channel to ensure all print and online adverts are produced to a high standard, across the company's prestigious journals and magazines. This is an excellent role, for someone who has an understanding of production concerns and the publishing process. Whilst placed within the sales department, this is a support role, not a sales based role, that requires a candidate with excellent administration and time keeping skills, as well as a sharp eye for detail. This will involve chasing and checking artwork, clearing invoices, processing orders, updating the tracking database, developing new advert templates as required and preparing campaign reports.
