We are looking for an experienced marketeer to join the MJ Marketing team as Marketing Manager to broaden the reach of our very successful authors and brands and help launch tomorrow’s new talent. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will plan, organise and implement remarkable, effective, unmissable and profitable integrated on and off-line consumer campaigns.

You will need to be creative and innovative, organised and confident, a master of copy and a wizard of design. You should be able to do your sums and sweat the tight deadlines, to put a campaign together from scratch and be fully aware of the latest digital opportunities and you will be an excellent people person, happy working on your own and in a team.

You’ll have previous experience of marketing at a publisher, while an excellent understanding of mass-market publishing is crucial.
