Our client, a major contract publisher and information management solutions provider with a mainly government client base, is seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager. This is a key strategic role for the company’s new publications contract and can be based in either London or Norwich. Managing a small team, you will need to be proactive in developing and delivering targeted and appropriate marketing plans, collaborating closely with other senior managers. There will be a strong focus on promoting the company's digitization program, as well as building and driving a creative and well constructed social media campaign. You will be expected to report and analyse campaign outcomes, successes and challenges, reviewing short and longer term plans as required.  To be considered for this role, you will have high standards of your own and others work, exemplary organisational skills, strong communication skills, budgeting experience and intuitive people management experience. Ideally you will have experience in reviewing and improving work flow processes to be effective and consistent across your team. Finally, you need to have demonstrable client management experience in a marketing role, ideally some professional publishing experience, though other areas will be considered.
