A rapidly growing and dynamic publisher of information products in education, management and sport based in Central London is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to oversee the campaignsof their high level intelligence publications within their Business Information division. They are looking for a motivated self starter who is passionate about marketing to help improve their marketing efforts and increase revenues and profits across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Operations the Marketing Managerwill be responsible for devising and implementing marketing campaigns for a wide range of subscription titles and products, using a variety of marketing techniques including direct mail, to budget and deadlines. You will be managing a team of 2 and will be actively involved in new product development. You will have responsibility for managing a large marketing budget, managing the relationships with key suppliers and with in-house and freelance editors, production and design teams.

The successful candidate with have strong experience within marketing, with experience in the following key areas: devising, implementing and analysing direct mail subscriptions marketing campaigns; line management; managing a marketing budget; involvement in new product development. You will also have strong communications skills, including copywriting; strong IT skills, notably Excel, and knowledge of at least one subscription fulfilment system. Experience of ROI will be one of your key assets. There is no requirement to have any previous experience or interest in either sport or gaming but this would make the job more interesting and rewarding.
