A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a junior designer to work for a prestigious and well-known charitable organisation in central London.  Reporting to the Design Manager this role will work on the planning, production and publication of cross-platform products using a variety of media including web design, graphic arts and animation, video and still photography, video and audio editing and interactive media.

This is a great role for a designer with some demonstrable work experience and responsibilities will involve:

Project planning, designing, building websites from scratch with HTML/CSS/Javascript, as well as building sites around content management systems such as wordPress. You will liaise with colleagues across the company to make sure projects are conducted in an open, organised and client-focused way and will help to develop concepts behind projects.  Other duties will include making sure all published content complies with copyright laws and best practice accessibility and usability requirements and you will deliver work to schedule , alerting the Design Manager of any potential changes to delivery dates.

This is a great role to develop your digital design skills in a forward thinking and interesting environment and the successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the design skills required to produce engaging visuals and interactive multimedia for delivery on the web; have a good knowledge of Powerpoint, HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver and WordPress and some experience of web design.   You will have a flair for working creatively within brand identity guidelines and proven ability to work effectively as a team player as well as on your own initiative.
