Head of Sales
The job: We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious Head of Sales to join a dynamic and growing independent trade publisher of non-fiction and fiction books. Supported by a full-time sales executive, you will run the home and international sales teams and collaborate with the marketing and publicity functions that support them. Oneworld, based in Bloomsbury, London, publishes around 60 titles a year.
The person: The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Sales Management at a senior level within UK trade publishing, and in addition to being ambitious and driven, will need to demonstrate excellent sales leadership qualities. Natural influencing skills, strong commercial business acumen, systematic and analytical approach to sales and excellent numerical skills are essential.
