Our client, a leading STM Publisher based in London is looking for a dynamic, experienced head of marketing and digital sales to lead its team of talented marketers and sales people. 

You will have extensive STM journals publishing experience in a marketing field, specialising in e- marketing, with experience of digital sales a distinct advantage. This is a critical role within a fast growing publisher. 

Main Duties:
• Line management of a Marketing and Digital Sales Team 
• Driving submissions to journals
• Promoting the range of journals to the appropriate audiences
• Driving registrants on the website
• Supporting the global sales efforts and building demand in their regions

Person Specification:
Essential
• Experience of Digital Marketing
• Experience of STM Journals Publishing
• Experience of Managing Advertising Sales

Desirable
• Experience of Pharmaceutical sales
• Knowledge of open access within academic publishing
