Are you an enthusiastic leader with a global mindset and strong digital awareness within the Educational Publishing sector? Our client is seeking a Head of Blended Learning to be responsible for the creation and implementation of the digital strategy for their company based in Singapore.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Blended Learning will drive the company’s digital strategy. Your main duties will include: keep abreast of technology trends in education especially in the K-12 market; product development: develop standalone digital products and/or those that complement the print publishing programme; work and negotiate with multiple stakeholders to determine best mode and/or format of delivery for digital products; manage a team comprising instructional designers, educational technologists and project managers; manage end-to-end operations to ensure timely delivery of media products within budget and quality standards; and expand and manage a network of third party media development providers.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a high degree of initiative, energy and enthusiasm for education technology and a passion to apply it in a K-12 environment. With a strong technical knowledge and extensive experience within the educational publishing field the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and managing multiple stakeholders. You will have good organizational skills and the ability to handle numerous projects with tight schedules. The ability to think strategically from a communications, branding & marketing, and overall business perspective with a focus on digital media is a must.
