Our client a leading publishing information services provider, is looking for an influential and strategic EPR and E Packages Operations Manager to head up their E-Packages team.

Managing a small team of E-Package specialists, you will be responsible for the renewal and transition of electronic package and other business packages for the UK/Nordic & South Africa Offices. Liaising with customers and publishers to ensure electronic renewal and other packages are renewed in a timely and accurate manner.

Key responsibilities of the role include utilising reporting tools to set and monitor targets for processing packages, developing training materials, establishing and maintaining effective workflows and procedures for efficient management of the electronic package business, supporting E-Package operations specialists and account managers in their role and establishing and maintain strong working relationships with the European E-Package renewals team.

You will have strong experience in operations or subscriptions and may be from either a library or information services provider background. You will be an excellent communicator with superb supervisory and team management skills. With a can-do attitude you will be an outstanding decision maker, able to cope well under pressure. Naturally, you will be well organised with the ability to resource projects and meet deadlines to deliver outstanding results.
