Description:

A Client Services Manager is being sought by a leading Business Process Outsourcing organisation to manage a portfolio of their key publishing clients. The role will be responsible for the overall financial performance of each contract against budget and will have input into the P&L.

You will be responsible for the development of strategic business plans for each client and will ensure profit is maximised in each account and will evaluate the operational and financial feasibility of new service offerings. You will develop and work in partnership with key client contacts and have an excellent understanding of their business and their goals and objectives enabling you to develop effective strategies to further develop business opportunities.  You will network extensively and actively target key clients to secure additional business leads and help negotiate business proposals and respond to tender documents.

To apply for this role you be client focused with proven leadership skills within the Publishing market. You will possess strong commercial acumen and will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ideally you will have experience of productising content and information or of providing information delivery or management services with an understanding of web publishing, open data, digital content or content management solutions.
