Client Services Manager, Spain
A leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing services is currently seeking a professional with a strong background and knowledge of production and operations in book and journal printing and publishing to manage one of their key clients. The role will be responsible for client engagement and the operational delivery of projects and products by the account management team. This will involve constant liaison with client stakeholders, agencies and suppliers on all matters relating to print and project management for the client.
Key objectives of the role will be to manage costs, deliver savings and maximise profitability and top line account growth. You will also effectively establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within the client account and develop additional service lines to enhance the existing customer experience. You will ensure the management structure is appropriate for the account at all times and is appropriate to clients' needs and spend and will develop a succession plan to meet the future needs of the account and will train and develop employees as appropriate.
To apply for this role you will have strong knowledge of the European publishing sector and will identify new opportunities to create value for the client and BPO Provider, you will be able to create and cross sell mutually beneficial solutions with clients and will be P&L focused with strong client-service orientation.
You will be a natural man manager and will be able to work with diverse teams and lead and develop people effectively. You will possess an in depth knowledge of printing and publishing operations and will have a good understanding of client requirements and be able to deliver appropriate solutions.
