We’re seeking an assistant to provide support to our Literary Estates Agent and Children’s Books Agent (translation).  Our ideal candidate would already be working for a literary agency or publisher in a junior administrative role or as an intern.  We’d like someone with great organisational and communication skills, and preferably some basic rights experience; a  voracious reader of great literature from the past with an interest in Young Adult and Children’s books.  This job offers a solid grounding in rights-selling (UK, US and translation), working with backlist, and representing children’s books.
