Description:

A leading provider of information access and management solutions through electronic journals subscriptions and research databases is looking to appoint an Account Executive Manager. You will be responsible for proactive and reactive sales opportunities across the Academic, Public and Government sectors.

You will be managing all the Account Executives across the different sectors making sure that they are all performing to the agreed targets, securing the renewal of subscriptions as well as making sure upgrading is offered as well as the marketing of new products available.  

This role would suit a sales manager with strong sales training ability and people management. You will be not only monitoring their sales but also setting and agreeing targets. You will also be responsible for training the AE’s up in Phone sales, CRM software, product knowledge and negotiation skills.
