Description:

Northern Sweden. The ideal candidate will be based in the Stockholm/Uppsala region.

Key duties:

  • Promote range of textbooks and electronic solutions to university lecturers, higher academic institutions, and key academic bookshop accounts
  • Maintain excellent relationships with relevant academic clients, making regular campus calls
  • Based from home, make daily travel around the territory throughout the academic year
  • Work closely with the European Sales Manager, marketing managers, and other sales colleagues and editors

 

Experience / skills required:

  • You must be a fluent English speaker. Swedish language fluency is also preferred but not essential
  • Prior academic or publishing sales experience would be advantageous
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and IT skills
  • A clean, current driving license
